Order. If pay by check the item will not ship out until the
check clears the bank and all other payment options will ship right

Shipping charges on this are approximately $200 to $450 to most
locations.

By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a
legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above
as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered
as an eBay™ Community Member.
Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment
must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft,
cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate
arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made
available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first- served
basis.
Seller accepts cash in person, cashiers check, USPS Money Orders. Only CASH will release the vehicle immediately.
Seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this
vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent
parties prior to
auction close. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment
only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections
made at buyer's discretion.
All buyers pay a $10.00 documentary fee. All buyers must pay the Texas Vehicle Inventory
Tax, which is .002450%, of the purchase price (i.e. - $2.257
per $1000 spent). Texas buyers must pay 8.25% sales tax. Out-of-state
buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.
Finalizing Your
Purchase
We will contact the successful high bidder by email after the
auction closes. You must respond by phone within twenty-four (24)
hours to confirm your intention to buy. Our number will
be provided in the email as well. The sale must be completed within
three (3) business days after the auction closes. If we cannot
confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within
3 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to
any other qualified buyer.
Delivery
Our Dealership display area is open for viewing any vehicle Monday
through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, and on Saturday and
Sunday by appointment only. Please contact our office to make
arrangements.
Please note, our deliveries may be delayed. We sell over 100
vehicles monthly and may require up to 24 hours after an auction
closing before a vehicle can be delivered with final detail and
make-ready complete. We appreciate your patience in allowing us
time; if needed, to complete our final delivery detail and make-ready,
to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between
buyer and shipping company. TexasCars is not be responsible
in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00.
We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the
vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are
provided by TexasCars as a courtesy. We are not affiliated
with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding
shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper,
not TexasCars.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on
the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the
vehicle is picked up from TexasCars until it is delivered
to your destination. Contact the shipper for an ETA (Estimate
Time of Arrival) to be sure.
