Price Guarantee LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] will honor any sales quote within 14 days of the quote. All quotes must be submitted in written or email form to be accepted. We work to keep our prices the lowest in the industry. Sometimes we are able to get special savings on some units. We pass those savings onto our customers for those units which may result in a price difference from your purchase price. If you purchase a unit and the price for a similar unit is different, we are unable to issue a refund of the difference. Texas State Tax If you are a Texas Resident and you purchase a street legal vehicle, a sales representative will contact you within the next 3-5 business days in order to collect additional Texas state tax, title and registration fees. These fees are not included in the sales price for the unit or included in your bill. Once you have paid the additional fees, we will mail you a Temporary tag and additional paperwork to sign so that we can register your unit. Once the unit is registered, we will mail your license plates to you. State Registration LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] does it's best to research all known registration information for each unit in each state. We will do our best to direct you to units that be registered in your state or country. Ultimately, it is the purchaser's responsibility to research if the unit they are buying can be registered and used legally within their state and country. Age Restrictions All units listed on this website are designed for riders over the age of 12. You understand that it is not permitted for anyone under the age of 13 to ride these units. Layaway Options We offer layaway options on most units. The layaway plan terms are 25% of the unit price as a down payment and 25% of the price due every 30 days thereafter. Once 90 days has passed, your salesman will be in contact with you to collect the applicable taxes on the sale and set up your delivery options. Please note that all layaways are non-transferrable and non-refundable. If you miss a payment on the unit, we will have no choice but to cancel the layaway and place the unit back up for sale. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. Inaccuracies, Product Variations, and Changes LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS makes every attempt to accurately list all product information on our website and auction listings. It is possible, however, that unforeseen typographical errors, picture errors, or inaccurate information may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including information pertaining to orders that have already been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by any such errors. LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS carries a wide range of products from various manufacturers, and each shipment may vary slightly. Actual models shipped may have different manufacturer name, decals, stickers, or model numbers from the website, auction listing, in-store display, or salesperson description; however, the product model number and specifications will be similar or the same. LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS reserves the right to upgrade any order if the product ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping. The term "upgrade" means that our supplier will ship a more expensive model, with the same or similar features, at their discretion. If the customer chooses to keep the upgraded model there will be no additional charge. If the customer does not want the upgraded model, LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS must be contacted immediately at the time of delivery for a refund. Once the box is opened or the unit is taken out of the crate, the unit cannot be returned. If you receive an incorrect MSO, it is your responsibility to return the incorrect title prior to the replacement being shipped. We strive to make our MSO process as error-free as possible, but there are times complications do arise. We apologize for any issues this might cause. We are able to ship out most units with the first color choice; however, due to fluctuations in our inventory, occasionally a color may not be in stock at the time of shipment. If the customer's first color choice is unavailable, we will ship the unit with the second color choice. The order is considered to be correct when filled with either the first color choice or second color choice. If a customer chooses only one color for a unit when placing an order, our system will automatically choose a second color based on our current stock. Color choices are not guaranteed. LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS reserves the right to ship another color if none of your color choices are available at the time of order processing. Assembly Some assembly is required on all units sold by LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS. Each unit is unique and has different assembly requirements. Common assemblies include: mounting wheels (nuts and bolts, tires already mounted on wheel), handlebar (nuts and bolts), electrical connection (simple plug-in), battery hook-up (nuts and screws) and mirrors (screws). Mechanical assemblies such as motors or carburetors are not required. Our units can usually be assembled within 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the type of unit. Although assembly of our units may be simple, we highly recommend you have a certified automotive or motorcycle technician complete your assembly to ensure that your vehicle is properly assembled and safe to ride. Certain units may not include detailed assembly instructions or manuals. When the vehicle is assembled there will be mechanical adjustments required in order to get the vehicle running properly. These adjustments can include but are not limited to carburetor idle adjustments, air/fuel mixture adjustments, and other system adjustments necessary to get the unit running. It is highly recommended that you take your unit to a certified mechanic so they can quickly get the adjustments set correctly for you. If these adjustments are not made properly, the unit can have issues running correctly. Mechanical Installation Disclaimer Some installation is required on all parts sold by LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS]. Each part is unique and has different installation requirements. LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] requires only certified mechanics to install any parts or accessories purchased from LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS]. Any time working with mechanical devices there is a chance of injury or death. Please proceed with caution when using any online guide or while installing parts. All guides are not to be used for training purposes. The guides are helpful instructions aimed to assist qualified personnel. These guides should in no way replace a certified mechanic. LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] assumes no responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information on its guides and the use of such information is at the recipient's own risk. Cancellation Policy LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS processes all orders immediately and sent to our warehouse for shipping. Once your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of your order. If your order has been processed and shipped and you wish to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of your order, plus all shipping costs incurred for LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS to ship the unit to you (even for a unit offered with free shipping), and all shipping costs to return the unit to LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS. All cancellations must be sent in writing, via e-mail or fax. Please contact your salesperson for the correct e-mail address or fax number for submitting cancellation requests. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone, but you may contact your salesperson by phone to confirm that your written cancellation request has been received. Orders may not be cancelled or refused due to extended shipping times. Orders may only be cancelled if the order exceed 30 business days for transit. Please note that when you place an order over the internet or on the phone, you are entering into a binding contract. LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] is unable to allow any refunds or full return on any order. All orders are final and no returns will be accepted. Any incurred fees from non-payment or payment dispute will also be the purchaser's responsibility. These fees include, but are not limited to, legal fees, collection agency fees, dispute response fees, or any fees related to collection of this debt. This Agreement may only be amended upon notice by LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] to you. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms of this debt agreement will survive termination of your registration, cancellation of order, payment dispute, or payment withdrawal. Jurisdiction You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS], or in any way relating to your use or purchase from LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS], resides in the courts of the State of Texas in Palo Pinto County and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Texas in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving LoneStarATV.net [LoneStar ATV of North TEXAS] or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
